This Bible class meets online, not at the church building. We use Google Meet (like "Zoom") and gather to discuss our topic of the night. Some slides are prepared and presented. We often watch together a short (10 - 15 minutes) video to kick-start our discussion.

CURRENT and PAST CLASSES are posted on a web page for you to access. You can browse the material there at any time and get a feel of how this particular class works. Here is the link for the CLASS WEBSITE…

The page you will land on at that location has three primary sections:

1. Current class link (“Seven Things I Wish Christians Knew about the Bible” as of 3/2026))

2. Archived past classes

3. Material for Possible Future Classes

• You do not need any special credentials to access this webpage.

• Feel free to share the Class Website Address (URL) with friends, whether they are members of the class or not.

If you click on the Current Class Link ("Seven Things…") you will see a page with the individual lessons listed and the dates they are planned for. Clicking one of those links will take you to a resources page for that particular lesson, including things like a Study Guide for the Material, often additional material for enrichment, and after the class has met links will also be active for the PowerPoint slides and the Video Recording of the class session.

That same sort of material is also available for the archived past classes. Just keep drilling down from Archived Classes, to WHICH past classes you are interested, then select which season and which episode you would like to actually review.

The class uses GOOGLE MEET to join online. All you need is an internet browser on your desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone. (There is a Google Meet APP which you can also use, but it is optional; a regular browser like Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc. is sufficient.) We typically leave our webcams on so we can see who all is participating, but if you prefer you can certainly disable your camera whenever appropriate. The GOOGLE MEET LINK is not posted here in the interest of security but is available to you upon request.

The link to join the online class at 6:55pm Tuesday nights for our 7:00 pm class can be obtained by emailing your request to:

Normally once a week (or occasionally twice) I will send an email update to the group of people who are signed up for the class, letting them know that the bonus/homework link is ready, or that the class recording is now available for viewing, etc.  If you would like to be added to that notification email list let me know via the EveningClass email address above.
